Dec 15, 2017 · Resident Evil 7: Biohazard has been a fantastic opener for 2017 – a proper, if not the best possible, return of the real survival horror (and not horror+something games that love to misgenre themselves). I rarely replay modern titles, but I replayed RE7 at least 5 times right after completing it for the first time.

I don't think there is a gold edition of VILLAGE currently for sale. You're thinking of the "Deluxe Edition". You won't have to buy the full game again, but you'll have to pay for the new DLC. Yes! That includes the DLC Story with Rose, the new mercenaries levels and characters, the 3rd Person mode and REVerse.

Both are on sale currently on microsoft store, $19.99 for standard, $39.99 for gold. Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. The Winters Expansion is $20 and adds a few more hours of gameplay. You can always buy the standard and pick up the expansion later if you enjoy the main game and end up at the same total cost.
[Spoilers for the final cutscene. DLC spoilers at the end] Another damn good entry into the series that once again redefines the game's main "thing" while also capturing what makes the series Resident Evil. Definitely worth playing.
